Where our data comes from

• Building permits from city and county open-data portals (Socrata, ArcGIS) and public permit portals.
• Bids and RFPs from public procurement postings.
• Property sales, assessments and parcels from county assessor and recorder open data, and from licensed parcel data providers.
• Tax delinquency, code enforcement, court and probate filings from public government sources where publication and reuse is permitted.
• Planning and subdivision activity from published planning commission and council agendas.
• Storms from NOAA Storm Prediction Center local storm reports.
• Owner contact details from licensed data providers, only on customer request, with Do Not Call flags.
• MLS listings only from a customer's own licensed MLS feed, visible only to that customer.

We access public sources politely, respect each site's terms and robots rules, and remove sources that ask us to stop. To report an issue with a record, email data@getpegasus.org.
