These Terms govern your use of Pegasus (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Pegasus compiles information from public records, government websites, licensed data providers and, if you connect it, your own MLS data feed, and presents it as leads, scores and predictions. Scores and predictions are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Account owners are responsible for the users they invite and for activity on the account.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Trials convert to the free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable except where a lookup returns no data, and expire if your account is closed. Founding-member pricing applies while your subscription remains active without interruption.
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including all telemarketing, privacy, fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws. You may not use Pegasus as a consumer report or for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
If you connect an MLS feed, you represent that you are authorized to do so under your MLS's rules and data license. MLS data is shown only to your account and is used to provide the Service to you.
Pegasus owns the Service and its scoring models. You may export your leads and notes for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute or bulk-scrape data from the Service.
Referral commissions are earned on payments actually received from referred customers, paid monthly once the balance exceeds $50, and may be withheld for fraud or self-referral.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pegasus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may cancel any time from Billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
