Draft for attorney review. Have a licensed attorney in your state review and finalize this document before launch.

Information about our customers

We collect account information (name, email, phone, company), billing details (processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers), usage data (pages, actions, device and approximate location from IP) and the content you add (notes, leads, files).

Information in public records

Pegasus processes property and project information from public records (permits, recorded sales, tax and court records, code enforcement, planning documents and similar). Contact details for property owners are obtained from licensed data providers only when a customer requests them, and numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or known litigator lists are flagged.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, score and predict leads, send account and lead emails, process payments, prevent fraud and comply with law. We use aggregated, de-identified outcomes (for example, whether leads were won) to improve our models.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run Pegasus (hosting, email, payments, data providers, AI processing), when required by law, or in a business transfer. We don't sell customers' personal information.

Your choices and rights

Customers can access, export, correct or delete their data from Settings or by emailing privacy@getpegasus.org. Anyone can ask us to suppress their information from contact lookups using our opt-out form. California, Virginia and other state residents may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we honor them.

Security and retention

We encrypt data in transit, encrypt stored third-party credentials, restrict access, and keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations.
